Full set of Nortystar wing ribs Lite ply 2.3mm 3/32"

After weeks, months and years of development, I can offer a full set of Nortystar wing ribs in Liteply I have just recently constructed a skeleton wing using the ribs to check all the joints and sizes are accurate. The ribs are set at 80mm centre.

LitePly as opposed to Laser Ply cuts and leaves a black residue which is easily removed with the use of a Scotch pad before glueing.

W2 and W3 are longer than the laser bed so require jointing which is an easy job using a straight edge and I recommend epoxy glue.

The main spars are 3mm x 6mm, and the leading edge and trailing edge spars are, 6mm x 6mm these materials are available from the local DIY stores I select the straightest grain "Pine".
